Occupied homes: We conduct a complete walk through of the property, take photos, design a plan for each space, by working with the homeowner's existing furnishings and accessories. We may recommend bringing in additional furnishing and accessories to assure premium results.
Vacant homes: View the home and walk through each room , define and create a image for the space. The main living spaces: living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and baths are the most important areas to be staged. Furniture gives buyers an excellent sense of a room's proportions in addition to defining the spaces and purpose.
